Product faults terms and conditions

These are our terms and conditions in regard to faulty goods. Please read the following carefully as we cannot accept, refund or exchange items if the customer has not followed the instructions below:

TIGHTS & SOCKS


We understand that tights and socks can snag and pull during every day usage. We cannot accept products which have been damaged in this way. For the benefit of transparency, we ask all customers to please CHECK tights and socks for any defects before they are worn.

If you find a defect, please send images of the defect and the tights label to: orders@aliolikids.com with the title DEFECT & your order number.

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

We will accept, exchange or refund clothing or shoes which are:

  • broken or damaged ('not of satisfactory quality')
  • unusable (‘not fit for purpose’)

We do not accept returns for items as below:

  • damage by wear and tear, an accident or misuse
  • you knew about the fault before you bought the item
  • you’ve just changed your mind

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OFFER ONE FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE ON ALL SHOES SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN CHANGE SIZE. HOWEVER WE REGRET THAT FURTHER EXCHANGES WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
