Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. If the products you have ordered are not in stock, we will confirm the estimated dispatch date for your order.

Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail First Class delivery or Fedex/UPS for European and other Worldwide destinations.

Please allow 5 days for UK orders to arrive before contacting us about deliveries. COVID19 is still occasionally disrupting Royal Mail and we ask for your patience while Royal Mail continues to provide great service with a few disruptions.

While we do our utmost to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, please note that orders placed after midday on any given day may be dispatched on the following working day. This particularly applies to next day deliveries as the courier arrives to pick up orders between 12:30 and 14:00 and we need time to pack and ready the orders for the pick up.

If an order is placed after midday on Friday, it will generally be dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday baring Bank Holidays) although we will do everything in our power to dispatch orders on the same day.

Our standard delivery is free within the UK on all purchases over £50 except sale (reduced) items for which we cannot pay for postage as the items are greatly reduced.

These do not include customs charges which you may be liable to pay for goods entering some countries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Next Day delivery via DHL £9.00 (this includes orders placed after 12:00 (UK time zone) on Fridays which will be dispatched by next day delivery on the following working day (normally Monday).

We offer DHL for all other countries for a fast and reliable delivery service.

Returning or exchanging an item you have purchased is simple.

Please send an email to with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange/return.

You have 30 days in which to return or exchange items from the date you receive the item to the date that we receive the returned item. You have 14 days to return sale items.

The item MUST be returned with its label intact and in its original state.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we do not return/exchange intimate items such as swimwear, tights, socks and accessories UNLESS the item has labels attached and has not been worn.

Returns and exchanges are free for raincoats and clothing, including shoes for UK mainland orders except for SALE items for which the customer must pay the return postage. Sock and tight returns must be paid for by the customer.

For orders outside of this the zone, the customer must pay postage for the returned/exchanged item (unless the item has a manufacturing fault.)

Please return items using a tracked postage as we cannot accept responsibility for articles mislaid in the postal system.

Please send the item by signed for Royal Mail delivery if you would like to make sure that it arrives as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal system. As soon as your item has been received and checked, we will confirm the refund/exchange, and in the latter case confirm the new dispatch date.
