Delivery & Returns

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail Second Class tracked delivery or Fedex/UPS for European and other Worldwide destinations.

Please allow 5 days for UK orders to arrive before contacting us about deliveries. COVID19 is still occasionally disrupting Royal Mail and we ask for your patience while Royal Mail continues to provide great service with a few disruptions.

While we do our utmost to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, please note that orders placed after midday on any given day may be dispatched on the following working day. This particularly applies to next day deliveries as the courier arrives to pick up orders between 12:30 and 14:00 and we need time to pack and ready the orders for the pick up.

If an order is placed after midday on Friday, it will generally be dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday baring Bank Holidays) although we will do everything in our power to dispatch orders on the same day.

Our standard delivery is free within the UK on all purchases over £50 except sale (reduced) items for which we cannot pay for postage as the items are greatly reduced. 

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE. Please see table below for delivery details. Please note that time for delivery is only indicative. Standard delivery cost for all countries not included below is £29. These do not include customs charges which you may be liable to pay for goods entering some countries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Signed for next day £9.00 (orders placed after 12:00 (UK time zone) on Fridays which will be dispatched by next day delivery on the following working day (normally Monday).

Second Class tracked Royal Mail Delivery 2-5 days £4.00

Orders over £50 FREE Delivery 2-5 days.

NB free delivery does not apply to sales (reduced) items and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Royal Mail Parcel Force second class untracked 2 weeks + (pls note that we are not responsible for orders which are lost in transit when custoemr chose this method as they canno tbe tracked): £6.00

DHL deliver: 5/6 days £25.00


ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

We offer FEDEX for all other countries for a fast and reliable delivery service.


DHL: 7/10 days £25.00

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify AliOli Kids that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us.

To register a return, please send an email titled 'RETURN' and your order number to orders@aliolikids.com

We will confirm the return and send you a QR code which you can take to any participating Post Office and print the label.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ITEMS USING YOUR OWN RETURNS LABEL AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

SALE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY 14 DAYS RETURN

Returns and exchanges are FREE for all items in UK mainland EXCEPT SOCKS AND TIGHTS. For orders outside of this zone, raincoat and PetitNord exchanges and returns are FREE. All other items must be returned at the customer's expense.

Please return items using a tracked postage as we cannot accept responsibility for articles mislaid in the postal system.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OFFER ONE FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE ON ALL SHOES & CLOTHING SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN CHANGE SIZE. HOWEVER WE REGRET THAT FURTHER EXCHANGES & REETURNS WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
