GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
Your order will be dispatched within 24hours following confirmation that we have the products in stock. If the products you have ordered are not in stock, we will confirm the estimated dispatch date for your order.
Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail First Class delivery or Parcel Force/Interlink Express for European and other Worldwide destinations.
While we do our utmost to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, please note that orders placed after midday on any given day may be dispatched on the following working day. This particularly applies to next day deliveries (Interlink Express) as the courier arrives to pick up orders between 12:30 and 14:00 and we need time to pack and ready the orders for the pick up.
If an order is placed after midday on Friday, it will generally be dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday baring Bank Holidays) although we will do everything in our power to dispatch orders on the same day.

Shipping costs and international deliveries Our standard delivery is free within the UK on all purchases over £60.

Please allow up to 5 days for UK orders to arrive before contacting us about deliveries. Standard delivery cost for countries not included below is ￡29. These do not include customs charges which you may be liable to pay for goods entering some countries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Next Day delivery via Interlink Express ￡7.00 (this includes orders placed after 12:00 (UK time zone) on Fridays which will be dispatched by next day delivery on the following working day (normally Monday).

European delivery via Royal Mail parcel service 5-10 days from dispatch £9.99

Returning or exchanging an item you have purchased is simple.
